  • ANDREW SYKES | Founder & CEO

    Andrew Sykes is the founder and CEO of Habits at Work, a Chicago-based training company that equips teams with conversation skills and habits to boost sales and customer satisfaction. Originally from South Africa, he became the youngest actuary at 22 and built a major healthcare consulting firm. With 25 years in sales, he founded the Behavioral Research and Applied Technology Laboratory (BRATLAB) to study effective habits for high performance. He co-authored “The 11th Habit” and teaches Entrepreneurship at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, where he leads the acclaimed course, Entrepreneurial Selling.

  • LAURA MURPHY | COO

    Laura leverages a wide breadth and depth of expertise from her time in leadership roles at top companies (Gap, Inc., Amazon, Zappos, Dyson and PwC) to partner with leading companies to elevate their sales operations, driving multimillion-dollar growth through strategic sourcing, innovative product development, P&L management and forward-thinking team collaboration. She empowers teams to optimize operations and deliver breakthrough results across diverse industries, while building long-term relationships with business partners, rooted in trust and a shared commitment to success.

  • BAILEY STALBOERGER | Program Manager

    Bailey graduated with a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Missouri and a Bachelor’s in Human Development from California State University San Marcos. Balancing her academic pursuits as a student-athlete, she completed two internships - one in smoking cessation and another in digital health - where she developed expertise in content creation, curriculum development and community outreach. Bailey now specializes in program management, client relations and engagement.
